Angelina Jolie alleges Brad Pitt “choked” of their children in heated argument on plane

Brad Pitt allegedly “choked” one of his children with Angelina Jolie and “grabbed” his then-wife by the head on their now-infamous 2016 private plane flight, according to court documents obtained by the media on Tuesday.

According to the countersuit, Jolie reportedly attempted to step in at one point and “grabbed” her ex-husband from behind in an effort to stop him.

“To get Jolie off his back, Pitt threw himself backwards into the airplane’s seats, injuring Jolie’s back and elbow,” the documents allege.

“The children rushed in and all bravely tried to protect each other. Before it was over, Pitt choked one of the children and struck another in the face. Some of the children pleaded with Pitt to stop. They were all frightened. Many were crying.”

Pitt was being looked at by the FBI in September 2016 for potential child abuse related to the event.

Authorities did not pursue criminal accusations against the honorable actor, who declared his sobriety in September 2019.

A representative of the United States Attorney’s Office decided not to prosecute Pitt after speaking with the case agent, according to papers previously acquired by the media.

“It was agreed by all parties that criminal charges in this case would not be pursued due to several factors,” the records noted.

A source close to the “Once Upon a Time in Hollywood” star told us in August that “Angelina and her team have been desperately trying to find something,” adding, “This is all for show. This is all information that she already had five and a half years ago. There is nothing new here.”

Jolie’s attorneys contend in the current countersuit that Pitt should have been charged with a federal felony for his actions on that particular day because the FBI agent who looked into the claims had “probable cause.”

Just a few days later, the “Tomb Raider” actor filed for divorce from Pitt after an alleged plane quarrel.

Six children—Madden, 21, Pax, 18, Zahara, 17, Shiloh, 16, Vivienne, 14, and Knox, 14—were born to the former couple after their August 2014 wedding.

Tuesday’s countersuit was submitted in response to a lawsuit Pitt filed against Jolie months earlier over the sale of her stake in their French château.

The “Moneyball” star claimed in the previous filing that neither party would sell their share of Château Miraval and its profitable vineyard without agreement from the other.

This cross-complaint “asks the Court to confirm that no such ‘consent’ agreement exists,” per the documents.

Jolie also claims in the filing that Pitt “demanded she sign a non-disclosure agreement that would have contractually prohibited her from speaking outside of court about Pitt’s physical and emotional abuse of her and their children.”

“Jolie refused to agree to such a provision, and Pitt walked away from the deal,” the documents allege, adding that any agreement about the château is “void” due to Pitt’s effort to condition the deal based on “Jolie’s silence.”
